Hi, I need some help with my drivers. Since updating to 8.1 Pro, I've had some errors listed in the Device Manager section. I checked the details and it had two Base System Devices listed under 'Other devices' in the Device Manager. I tried right-clicking and updating drivers, but Windows couldn't find anything.

I done some research online, and its turns out it's more than likely a card reader of some sort or possibly missing Bluetooth/wireless software. These seem to be the normal culprits. I'm having trouble identifying exactly what they are though.

Windows has me listed as up to date however. I know software such a these are disregarded most of the time for this very reason; they often give outdated or incompatible driver suggestions.

Hi, This is just what to expect since You have installed an O/S which is newer with more functions than Vista that came pre-installed with the computer. There is always a warning to change things, especially with laptops. However, a possible solution.
