Base System Device Driver Asus
Hi, I need some help with my drivers. Since updating to 8.1 Pro, I've had some errors listed in the Device Manager section. I first noticed there was a problem when exploring the Devices and Printers section. Disney Scene It 2nd Edition Answers. My computer had an exclamation mark on it. I checked the details and it had two Base System Devices listed under 'Other devices' in the Device Manager. I tried right-clicking and updating drivers, but Windows couldn't find anything.

I done some research online, and its turns out it's more than likely a card reader of some sort or possibly missing Bluetooth/wireless software. These seem to be the normal culprits. I'm having trouble identifying exactly what they are though.
I downloaded some driver scanning software. It said I was out of date on 12 components.

Windows has me listed as up to date however. I know software such a these are disregarded most of the time for this very reason; they often give outdated or incompatible driver suggestions.
I thought it could provide info on the suspects though. No real luck though. Next I tried accessing the device properties details, which has the the Hardware IDs. This is what's listed: 1.) Next I tried to go to my laptop manufacturers site.

What confused me too, is that an OS has to be selected, but there's no option for Windows 64 bit 8 or even 7 - is that a problem? Can anyone help me out? Sorry to have rambled. Hi, This is just what to expect since You have installed an O/S which is newer with more functions than Vista that came pre-installed with the computer. There is always a warning to change things, especially with laptops. However, a possible solution.

Log in as an Administrator >in the Device manager >Right click on every Device with the name USB in front of the name >select Uninstall >continue with every USB device >make sure that You also right click and select uninstall on all Rico-devices >Shut off the computer >wait at least 15 sec. >start the computer =>Windows will automatically install all the missing drivers.
